Bag Lady Project, Inc - Helping the Homeless and Needy in Tucson, Arizona

We have lived in Tucson all of our lives. We both grew up with many examples of helping others and this has become a core value in our life together.

While we have a tiny budget to work with, we have very big hearts. We wanted to find a way to pass on our blessings to those in need. So in September of 2005 we started.......

**Goals Realized**

As of 5/31/2007 we have supplied 284 bags to needy people in the Tucson area.
February 10, 2007 - 36 children valentine bags, 40 adult food bags to the Giving Tree Outreach Program.
December 17, 2006 - Bag Lady Project donated 60 snack bags to the Giving Tree Outreach Program.
As of 11/17/2006 Blanket Lady has made and donated 75 receiving blankets, 14 quilts and 12 bibs.
October 31, 2006 - Donated 100 Halloween treat bags to the annual Giving Tree Program's Harvest Fest.
July 22, 2006 - Bag Lady Project donated 60 snack bags to the Giving Tree's Summer Feeding Program.
October 31, 2005 - Bag Lady Project donated 100 Halloween treat bags to The Giving Tree Program's Harvest Fest.
