Deborah Pinnell, AAS – President & Chairperson
Deborah has worked in the medical field for 25 years and has held various management positions. Deborah is committed to serving the community, volunteering her time and skills for various charitable organizations for the past five years. Deborah also holds an Associates Degree in Applied Sciences. Serving as the President and Chairperson for the Bag Lady Project, Debbie performs many administrative and fundraising duties. Debbie's favorite part of the Bag Lady Project is in the shopping, preparation and distribution of the hygiene bags and blankets.

Richard Pinnell, AAB– Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer
Richard has worked in the Information Technology field for over fifteen years. In total, he has over twelve years of experience in various management positions. Richard has also committed to serving the community by volunteering with various organizations for approximately 2 years. Richard has an Associate of Arts Degree in Business and is currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Business Management at the University of Phoenix. Serving as Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer for the Bag Lady Project, Richard is in charge of completing all paperwork, including minutes, grant writing and financial management. Richard also serves as technical staff person and as webmaster.

Ricki Ray, BA, MTS, CBC – Vice President/Public Relations
Ricki has worked in the neuro-rehabilitation field for 17 years. She currently holds the position of Director of Clinical Management. Ricki holds a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Christian Counseling. She also holds a certificate in behavioral consulting and she is an ordained minister. Ricki serves on various civic boards and committees in Glendale, Arizona. Ricki's duties with the Bag Lady Project include ongoing activities to help the public understand the organization and it’s mission. Activities may be conducted through contact with the media, writing and editing of materials, public presentations, conferences, phone calls, individual meetings, etc.
